These terms are an agreement between you and Arcturus Arc LLC about using Bondi. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the parts about what Bondi isn't.
What Bondi is
Bondi is an AI that helps you with the relationships in your life. It is not a person. It can misunderstand you, and it can be wrong, so use your own judgment about anything it says.
- Bondi isn't therapy, and it isn't medical, legal or financial advice.
- Bondi isn't an emergency service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911.
- Bondi never contacts anyone for you. It doesn't know your location and can't send help.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. If we learn you're younger, we'll lock your account. Use one account per person, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your plan
- Bondi needs a subscription: $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year in the US. Prices elsewhere and taxes are shown in the App Store before you buy.
- Apple bills you. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your iPhone's Settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's rules.
- Each plan includes 150 voice minutes a month, reset on the day of the month you subscribed. Unused minutes don't carry over. Text is unlimited within fair use, currently 300 messages a day.
- Minutes during a crisis conversation are never counted, and a call in crisis is never cut off for minutes.
- If we change the price, Apple tells you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
Using it well
Please don't:
- use Bondi to harass, threaten, stalk or harm anyone;
- try to get it to produce harmful content, or to break, copy, scrape or reverse engineer it;
- lie about your age or use someone else's account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
What's yours and what's ours
What you say is yours. You let us process it only to run Bondi for you, as our privacy policy explains. The app, the character, the name and the design are ours.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription; cancel it in your iPhone's Settings.
The legal part
Bondi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect.
